A young couple purchased their first home near the downtown area, & were ready to update their single bathroom right away. The real estate agent recommended Lucid Development, & after meeting with the owners, they felt ready for us to renovate this shower for them.

This starter home, built in the 60's has a single bathroom, which started with a fiberglass tub surround, poor lighting, & ineffective exhaust. We removed the entire tub surround, re-plumbed the fixture, installed a proper ceiling exhaust fan, framed in a window, then began finishing. With a slightly larger tub, a functional window for additional light, mosaic hex tile, & an efficient new fixture, this bathroom was brought to life for this lovely young couple in their new home!
