KEVIN BARTH
General Contractor
About Me
Hello, my name is Kevin! I studied Construction Management at Colorado State University, framed houses in Wisconsin, remodeled with investors across Washington, started my business, & have landed in Montana. The past 8 years have provided me with experiences in production homes, fix-and-flip investments, commercial development, luxury remodeling & more.
All of this experience laid the foundation for my business as a general contractor. While I am a carpenter by trade, my greatest strength lies in managing projects from vision to reality. This involves coordinating talented professionals, ensuring low-stress, beautiful remodels of the highest quality. I take pride in my attention to detail, clear communication, & professionalism, which I strive to exemplify in every aspect of Lucid Development.
Work Experience
General Contractor | Lucid Development
Bringing my varied construction experience together as a carpenter & general contractor performing residential remodels, custom home building, & vacation rental development.
Trim Carpenter | Dick Anderson Construction
Working alongside Dick Anderson & Braxton Development primarily as a trim carpenter in the clubhouses for the Northwest Crossing, then 19th & Graf Apartments. These projects provided a lot of insight into the phasing, subcontractor relations, & requirements of the general contractor for large developments.
Development Manager | Luxe Living Homes
As the project manager for this luxury developer, I oversaw dozens of vendors across multiple projects concurrently, with excellent communication, organization, & attention to detail.
Renovation Foreman | Infinity Property Buyers
In this two-person real estate investment business, I was involved with the owner from inception to delivery of many fix-and flip properties. I learned quickly that my instinct for planning & efficiency added massive value in this business.
Renovation Foreman | Tattered Beauty
As a member in this real estate investment business, I lead renovations with another carpenter while the investor lived out-of-state. Before beginning full-time with this company, I was involved on nights & weekends in addition to Ginno Construction.
Commercial Crew Member | Ginno Construction
I worked for the commercial contractor overseeing the development of the Sigma Chi Centennial Chapter House at Washington State University. This gave me insight into the organization & efficiency required to manage large projects.
Framing Crew Lead | Edge Construction
From zero experience to leading a 6-man framing crew for a production builder in Wisconsin. This instilled my love for homes, a desire to improve quality, & a work-ethic which has served me ever since.
