KEVIN BARTH
General Contractor | Project Manager
About Me
Hello, my name is Kevin! While I am new to Bozeman, I am not new to remodeling. I attended Colorado State University to study Construction Management, framed houses in Wisconsin, remodeled in multiple cities in Washington, started my business, & have finally landed in Montana. These moves provided me with experiences in production homes, fix-and-flip investments, luxury development, remodeling & more.

All of this experience laid the foundation to start my business as a general contractor. While I can complete most trades, the greatest value I can provide is coordinating projects from vision to reality. This involves managing talented professionals, ensuring a low-stress, beautiful remodel, & personally specializing in carpentry & tile when the project permits. I take pride in my attention to detail, clear communication, & professionalism, & strive to exemplify those qualities in every aspect of Lucid Development.
Work Experience
General Contractor | Lucid Contracting
I started my business as a general contractor performing residential remodels, managing vendors, & establishing great client relationships.
Development Manager | Luxe Living Homes
As the project manager for this luxury developer, I oversaw dozens of vendors across multiple projects concurrently, with excellent communication, organization, & attention to detail.
Renovation Foreman | Infinity Property Buyers
In this two-person real estate investment business, I was involved with the owner from inception to delivery of many fix-and flip properties. I learned quickly that my instinct for planning & efficiency added massive value in this business.
Renovation Foreman | Tattered Beauty
As a member in this real estate investment business, I lead renovations with another carpenter while the investor lived out-of-state. Before beginning full-time with this company, I was involved on nights & weekends in addition to Ginno Construction.
Commercial Crew Member | Ginno Construction
I worked for the commercial contractor overseeing the development of the Sigma Chi Centennial Chapter House at Washington State University. This gave me insight into the organization & efficiency required to manage large projects.
